MOZZARELLA
Mozzarella is one of the Italian cheese types with complete maturation. Although originally made from buffalo's milk, today it is specially made of cow's milk. It is structurally soft and wet, and has a light, cream-like taste. Its external appearance is smooth while the internal structure is flexible, soft and fibrous. Such type of mozzarella can either be preserved for 10-15 days in plastic bags including salty water, or vacuumed packaging can be applied.
